Cloud load balancing is the process of distributing workloads across multiple computing resources in a cloud environment. Load distribution in cloud computing systems is more challenging than in other systems. The purpose of the paper is to address the issue of optimal task dispatching on multiple Virtual Machines (VM’s) with efficient power management. The prime goal is to address the load distribution in multiple VM’s and to propose an algorithm to maintain a minimized task response time and minimized power consumption using CloudSim cloud simulator. © IAEME Publication.
