The aim of the current study is to determine the composition and process parameters and also to optimise formulation of spheriods using blanket burman design. The DoE study conducted using 3nos of Categorical factors and 8nos of numerical factor. Based on the outcome of the placebo DoE studies, the optimised formulation of the abhrak bhasma spheroids had been formulated and evaluated for its Invitro activity in cell lines. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd.
