A Vehicular Ad-Hoc Network or VANET is a technology for implementing Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) and Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) communications. The present Vehicular mobility framework is not considering realtime constraints such as vehicle' priority, lane-changes, speed-limit etc. The proposed Multi-Constraint Realtime Vehicular (MCRV) mobility framework is equipped with important criterion like collision avoidance between vehicles and traffic reports. Also certain vehicles such as ambulance, fire service vans, police patrols need to be given a high priority in our envisioned network architecture, as their requirements are crucial during emergency situations. Hence, enabling QoS for differentiating the services according to vehicular priorities and providing group communications, alongside vehicular collision avoidance, will be implemented using NS3 and SUMO.
