Past few decades have seen significant growth in the field of information technology and communication. This growth has also increased threat to the user sending the message. The practice of cryptography plays an important role in safeguarding the messages through encryption and decryption. Many authors have contributed their research towards encryption and decryption. In this paper we have provided an algorithm of dynamic approach for encrypting and decrypting message using base conversion, ASCII values and time stamp. © RJPT. All right reserved.
