DNA is the main source of storing Biological Information which store biological data. We used the DNA to store the Digital information. We have developed a technique by which we can store the data in the form of nucleotides in DNA molecule. We are taking the digital information and encoding this digital information to the DNA sequence by using encryption algorithm and for data decoding we have used decryption algorithm. Because of the density of DNA molecule we can store the huge amount of data in just single gram/drop of DNA By using this technique, in small size devices large size of memory can be available and also storing capability of data is increased. By using this technique we can solve the problems of memory size and reliability of Data storage in some big organizations such as ISRO, Big Bang Theory, NASA, weather forecasting etc where the huge amount of data is required for analysis. © Research India Publications.
