Data Center is a very important part of cloud computing which involves different database types that store and run all types of information. Data Center containing network, server, etc. absorbs more resources, more electricity, and more carbon emissions. Workload management is a process of directing the proper distribution of workloads to provide applications with more appropriate performance. A hierarchical approach is also presented. This approach includes 5 algorithms. In this survey, multiple techniques and algorithms are presented to minimize the energy, and power consumption in the cloud.
