Employee development is an important factor for an Organisational excellence. This study highlights a model for employee development starting from organizational need, planning, design and strategy implementation. An organizational excellence is mainly dependent on its employee capabilities, skills and talents. The model developed by this study aims to improve the employee capabilities in terms of their commitment in the work spot individually and collectively contributing for the achievement of the organizational goals.
