Getting permissions approved is one of the biggest problems faced by college students. Even till date, many universities use manual and traditional techniques for getting approvals. This causes not only wastage of time and energy but also various resources. The aim of this research work is to develop an application for the clubs, chapters and teams of a university. So that it can be used for online approval of permissions from faculties and also keep a record of same. This application will have several modules which include room permissions, event permissions, guest visits, event participation, material purchase requests and on-duty permissions. © 2020 IEEE.
