An Artificial Intelligent MPPT Controller Based Three Level SEPIC Topology for 1.2kW Solar PV System

Abstract
In this paper an artificial intelligent control based maximum power point tracking (MPPT) technique is presented for the solar PV (Photovoltaic) system. An intelligent ANFIS (adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system) based controller is accomplished for the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) and the control of the converter. The hybrid controller structures can enhance the convergence and accuracy of the system. In this system configuration, a three-level SEPIC (single-ended primary inductor converter) topology is employed for DC/DC conversion with wide conversion ratio, continuous supply current, and high voltage gain. This converter topology can diminish the voltage stress across the switches and has a capability of maximum energy transfer from input to output. In this paper, an ANFIS controller based three level SEPIC topology is designed for 1.2kW solar PV system and the correspondent results are carried out in MATLAB-Simulink. © 2019 IEEE.
