The traditional English language classrooms are in the process of rejuvenation after the introduction of ICT. The integration of ICT in English classrooms brought a tremendous change in language learning output. English classrooms are not meant to convey knowledge but a forum to express the acquired knowledge, describe matters with an aesthetic fervour and learn the art of communication. The present paper is an exploration on the motivating effect of ICT in improving the speaking skills of graduates, the scope and necessity of integrating ICT with Task Based Language Teaching and introducing various Apps for improving speaking skills. The survey analysis of the present study reveals that ICT is a powerful motivating tool in the acquisition of English speaking skills. © Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc..
