This paper presents the analysis of crack propagation on finite thickness composite material plate with a circular hole subjected to the uni-axial tensile loading. Analysis of plate is done by Experimental and FEA techniques. Experimental analysis was carried out by Instron-8801 UTM-Machine and the test simulation is done by using FEM (ANSYS) software. Using standard empirical relationships, Stress Intensity Factors are compared between epoxy plate with hole and without hole.
