The aim of the present work is to study the effective material properties of the composite materials by changing the shape, size, distribution, aspect ratio and orientation of the short fibers in the matrix of composite materials. The finite element method based on the numerical homogenization technique is used to evaluate various material properties. RVE analysis was considered for different shapes of fibers like cylindrical, spherical, elliptical, and cylindrical fibers with hemispherical ends. The influence of the fiber orientation on the also studied over the varying %wt. of the fiber.
