Abstract
The objective of the present empirical research paper is to study and understand theimportant and critical dimensional factors that impact the Entrepreneurship Performance. A detailed survey was carried out among the entrepreneurs of various sectors. The significant data collected from the survey was analyzed through the method of Partial Least Squares (PLS) for evaluating the relationship among the constructs of the conceptual research framework. The results of the current empirical research study reveal that innovation dimension has the strongest effect on entrepreneurship performance, followed by market dimension, capital dimension, cooperation team member dimension, and environment dimension. The hypothesized path relationships between dimensional factors and entrepreneurship performance have been found to be statistically significant. The entrepreneurs have to emphasize and give due importance to the innovation dimension which plays a vital role in the efficient operation and success of an enterprise. © 2017, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.
