Associative classification (AC) is an approach in data mining that utilizes the technique of association rule discovery to learn classifier. In recent decade, associative classification algorithms persuaded to be a noteworthy technique in creating accurate classification systems. Yet, development of new methods or implementing upgraded trends in systems would enhance the performance of current AC techniques. This paper focuses on lazy associative classification using different attribute ranking mechanism. Experimental result of the proposed system is visibly positive in comparison to the traditional and existing associative classification methods. © 2006-2018 Asian Research Publishing Network (ARPN).
