Abstract
The next generation of Internet technology uses Windows Azure as a cloud for software as a service (Saas) and storage. In cloud gaming the responsibility for executing gaming engines(Saas) and graphics rendering is available in the cloud servers instead of mobile devices, PC's since mobile devices and PCs can not run the game beyond the random access Memory(RAM) available. The application in Cloud is developed using XAML so that it can be reused windows presentation framework desktop application and browser, multi-touch screen, mobile silver light applications are integrated as single application, depending upon the type of device, the game will run. Peer 2 peer network (P2P) allows the application running in one computer can be shared by another application so that single game can be shared and played by mobile user, PC user at a time eg., Foot Ball, Cricket. The article aims to present rich internet games to mobile and PC users irrespective of the available memory of device and capacity to share the single game across mobile and PC users. Cloud gaming with P2P Network based upon Windows Azure and XAML, using single application which will lead to integration of desktop, browser, multi-touch screen and mobile applications. © 2012 Springer-Verlag.
