Cloud computing has been inspected as uncontrollable solution in Information Technology and Enterprises. With the increase in the cost of storage devices as well as the serious surge in the rate of at data is being generated it becomes expensive for enterprises or individual clients to frequently update their hardware in the cloud storage. Apart from minimizing storage costs, data outsourcing to the cloud also helps to minimizing the maintenance cost. Client information’s are moved into the large data centers in the cloud storage which are remotely located and users does not have control on it. Hence this feature has some security challenges and threats. This problem is clearly understood and resolution technique has been made. This paper proposes a scheme which gives a proof of data integrity in the cloud which will ensure the correctness of user data and user can employ to check their correctness of his data in cloud storage. This data integrity proof can be agreed upon the cloud storage by both the client and cloud storage and can be incorporated in the Service Level Agreement. © Research India Publications.
