Abstract
Antenna is a necessary element in radio broadcasting domain like TV, two manner radio, radar, cell phones etc. Microstrip patch antenna style supports the time domain. Microstrip patch Antenna has very planar profile which can incorporated into the surface of consumer products aircraft and missiles. There is an increasing demand for miniaturized and cost effective antenna for both commercial and personal applications. Microstrip formed patch antenna consists of rectangular patch on the highest of the material substrate, over that a U- formed slot has been created to cut back the scale of the antenna. The slots and slits of U-shapes have been embedded on patch antennas to reduce the size. The U-shaped micro strip patch antenna has the capability of wide bandwidth and for dual band applications. The reduction in size of the antenna results in improved gain and decreases the return loss of the antenna and increases the bandwidth of Microstrip antenna. In the proposed method, Microstrip patch antenna operates at frequency of 7.5GHz and 4.9GHz which has more loss and less gain compared to exposed method and this results in U-shaped slot microstrip antenna. In the exposed method, Microstrip patch antenna operates at frequency of 10GHz which results better U- shaped micro strip antenna than exposed method. © 2019 IEEE
