AES or Rijandael Algorithm (The name given to it by the developers)is one of the most powerful cryptographic algorithms. Its variants and upgrades are still in use. This algorithm, however is vulnerable to Differential Fault Analysis. With the help of the use of a pair of correct and incorrect Cipher Texts, a back door maybe opened to getting a part of the SecretKey used for encryption i.e. one subkey.This subkey may then may be used to construct the entire key through key scheduling. © 2015, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology.
