Cloud computing is the use of computing resources that are delivered as a service over a network. It allows the customer to use the funds based on their business needs. Nowadays, more support gains from multiple resources via Virtualization technology. It has an issue that optimizes resources provision to minimize the financial charge for the special job. In this paper, we present the design of automated resources management, which allocate the resources effectively by the balance between the overload avoidance of application and green computing using virtual machines. We use the concept of skewness to measure the uneven utilization of a server by reducing skewness; we can increase the overall use of servers in the face of multidimensional resource constraints. Green computing is effectively used to save energy. © 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology. All rights reserved.
