The children of today are the citizens of tomorrow. Therefore, it is imperative to understand the present generation because the world will soon be in their hands. We need to assess our teaching strategies to ascertain if we are preparing them in the right manner to handle the issues of the future. This paper presents a review on the articles that focus on the characteristics of Gen Z, and analyzes the differences between Gen Y and Gen Z. It also attempts to identify the learning styles and teaching methods that would help the Gen Z learners. © Research India Publications.
