In Tamilnadu the paddy cultivation is dominant role in the major six seasons more like other and hence this could be the focus of this paper. Knowledge is a main resource; it has no less significant than land, labor or capital for improving the lives of the people. That is a vital tool for empowering people to accomplish Sustainable Development (SD) as long as it has been distinguished in India. As on raw data we use Data Mining techniques for discovering knowledge for the people empowerment.
