The paper aims on showing the uses of Scilab. Scilab is an open source software used for numerical operations. It can be used effectively in place of Scilab with no extra cost. The objective we described here is generating a topology and enabling data transfer within it with applied security standards. The above problem can be solved with the use of the module NARVEL, available for Scilab. We successfully generated packets in a specific topology and transfer of those packets within that topology. © 2018 IEEE.
