Fingerprint matching is one of the most important problems in automatic fingerprint identification system (AFIS). It has emerged as an effective tool for human recognition due to its uniqueness, universality and invariability. The significance of this work is to monitor the matching and correlation checking for two or more fingerprint images simultaneously using fuzzy logic system. The fuzzy logic system provides the more adequate description of the proposed algorithm. The algorithm has been formulated based on minutiae (level 2) points which examine n number of images.
