Abstract
Motivation: Chronic diseases such as stroke, diabetes, cancer, kidney disease, and heart disease are steadily increasing day-to-day. Providing proper precautions on time is needed for patients to safeguard from high death rates. Research Gap: Storing information on cloud faces many challenges relating to data security issues. Once data are stored in a cloud datacenter, the cloud client loses direct control over data sources and cloud users are unwilling to store their sensitive data on cloud. Existing Method: Various cryptographic algorithms like RSA and ECC are also discussed in cloud environment. Objective: We deliberate and construct an advanced technique fog based healthcare framework a decentralized computational at edge of the network which serves as a second layer. Proposed: The performance comparison with RSA and ECC algorithms to achieve better performance and higher security through fog computing than cloud to maintain E-Health sensitive information from data theft attack. © 2018 Elsevier Inc.
