Generalized pythagorean fuzzy information aggregation operators for multi-criteria decision making

To address information fusion of Pythagorean fuzzy language information, this paper establishes two new operators, which are called Pythagorean language generalized compensative weight averaging aggregation (PLGCWA) operator and Pythagorean language generalized compensative ordered weight averaging aggregation (PLGCOWA) operator. The PLGCWA operator and the PLGCOWA operator can reflect the compensation characteristic, which can be reduced into some classical operators by adjusting two parameters, such as PLHWA operator, PLWGA operator, PLCWA operator. Moreover, PLGCWA operator and PLGCOWA operator are employed to select the best alternative in MCDM problems with Pythagorean fuzzy linguistic. Detailed steps of decision process with an example are given to demonstrate their practicality and usefulness. © 2017 IEEE.
