Abstract
The genetic code consists of 64 triplets of nucleotides called codons. The genetic code can be expressed as either RNA codons or DNA codons. Today communication system demands transfer of various details in public domain. So need to encrypt any kind of detail becomes unavoidable. Encryption of any DNA sequence is also necessary in many cases because it carries all the genetic information. In this paper we provide genetic code for amino acids using Huffman Codes and use it for encrypting any DNA sequence.
