The real climate for lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) faculty andstudents who they are all working or studying under pressure and they face vulnerableviolence. This research study tends to explore the conceptual idea of LGBT studentsand faculties in mechanical engineering and another engineering school. The mainfocus of this study is especially to explore the climate of the campus in India andabroad for LGBT people. Such as hostility, invisibility, discomfort, and pressure theytry to "cover" their sexuality are widely pervasive and so this research study'sobligation is to be supportive or make supportive atmosphere to LGBT students andfaculties. © IAEME Publication.
