Construction industries in these days are giving more importance to high early strength concrete to reduce the construction time. This experimental investigation has been conducted to evaluate the influence of curing methods on high early strength concrete through its engineering and functional properties. Two different curing regimes have been considered for this study: accelerated curing and carbonation curing. The engineering properties like Compression Test and Split Tensile Strength were done for each concrete with two different curing conditions. The functional properties of each concrete were tested at 28, 56 and 90 days through Sorptivity, Water Permeability, Rapid Chloride Penetration, Sulphate Resistance, Chloride Attack and Acid Resistance. Test results indicate that, among the two curing regimes, accelerated curing gives the high strength and enhances the sustainability. © IAEME Publication.
