The machining process is reliant on the material characteristics and the machining parameters. The present work summaries a comprehensive investigational study to upgrade the test impacts of cutting parameters on Surface roughness of Aluminium Alloy 1100 by utilizing Taguchi robust design system. The work is concentrate on the ideal parameters for processing i.e. Spindle Speed, Feed, Depth of Cut and Coolant Flow.
