Abstract
Every organization is built using a tailor-made set of processes that involve project, product and people. Organizations those are into the development of products and providing solutions are bound by sets of processes that govern the activities of the project as well of the organizations. System development standards have provided a definite, well-defined processes and process set, which are termed as key process areas (KPA). This helps the product based organizations to attain maturity in their processes and further improve themselves in what they do. These entire processes are classified into static and dynamic processes. These sets of processes are required to be integrated into one group or framework, where its practitioners will find their entire set of processes derived and defined in the CMM levels might be easy to improvement, ie., they are subject of process improvement. In this paper, we have integrated the static and dynamic process sets into one framework and have partially implemented them in companies who are interested in practicing the framework. © IAEME Publication.
