--Cloud embedded services have become essential factor of our life. The framework known as datacenters on which all these services are dependent. If the demand related to cloud services are more than load on datacenters will be more. If the load on cloud is not managed accurately then the cloud service will be decreases. Latest inspections show that failure in datacenters causes great loss in term of finance. Fault Tolerance in distributed datacenters is managed by requiring additional size to mask failure. Apart from hardware, software cost which is managed by the datacenters, the cost of electricity of a particular location also placed an important role. This paper proposes an algorithm for service request routing to Geo-distributed datacenters by considering the cost of electricity and its response time for optimizing the datacenter management cost. © 2018, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.
