We have used polysulphone film badges as dosimeters for monitoring the daily personal exposure to natural ultraviolet radiation reaching the ground at the experimental sites of Athens (37.6°N, 23.4°E) and Naxos (37°N, 25.3°E) for the time period of summer 1994. Measurements showed that in Naxos the erythemally effective dose is higher compared to the one in Athens.
