Abstract
In an ever changing modern business environment, the movement and trends are so unpredictable and almost imposes challenges that are not viable for the professionals to resolve and fulfil the requirements at once. Prioritisation is one of the foremost concerns for any business professionals and individuals as it helps them to achieve better results in production management, and quality and assurance sites. In the past, various methods were proposed such as MoSCoW, business value based, technology risk based, Kano model, agile methods, walking skeleton and validated learning which suffered in addressing the problem of stakeholder conflict (SC). In this paper, we have proposed a framework model for e-service development using multi-voting and binary search tree to prioritise requirements with systematic probability sample selection of stakeholders. Relative weighting method was adopted to perform prioritisation in iteration process which helps the stakeholders to maximisetheir returns of investment (ROI). © 2017 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
