There are wide variety of tools used in this arena so called Network Forensics which are mainly used to trace the sender and details about the hackers. These Provide legal proofs and which can be further used in legal proceedings in case of some illicit attacks. In this paper we discussed about analyzing an information using Network Forensic analysis and the types of Forensics and the emerging tools and the existing tools used for this purpose. The main difference between the wireless and wired forensics is that the same tools can be compatible for both the environments the only thing is that in wireless there is chance for mobility and so the traffic must be collected from different channels and must be analyzed. © 2016, International Journal of Pharmacy and Technology.
