In this paper we propose a new multiparty key exchange protocol using the Nearring generated by the Inner Automorphism of a finite Simple Group. We prove that the security of our protocol is based on Nearring Conjugacy Search Problem. Also we propose another multiparty key exchange protocol using NearPolynomialring whose security rely on the hardness of solving nearpolynomialring symmetric decomposition problem. © 2018 American Scientific Publishers.
