Non-commutative structures are attracted by the cryptographer to build the public key cryptosystem. In this article we proposed a new one time tripartite key agreement protocol which is worked on the left near-ring structure. Our protocol meets security attributed on non-commutative left near-rings in polynomial time. We also elaborated the security analysis using concrete example. © 2016 IEEE.
