Abstract
Silicon photonics biosensor development as polarization, fluorescence, used to detect the changes or alterations that occur in blood cell samples and urine samples treated with glucose concentration. The segment of the electric field outside the waveguide referred to as the transient field, target molecular bond to the receptors on the waveguide platform, by this absorption of light affects the guiding light in the waveguide. The analyte with different Refractive Index (RI) is placed above the waveguide and absorption properties of Blood, Hemoglobin, Albumin, and Urine sample of different age group were analyzed. This study promotes the efficient analysis of strip waveguide at the respective wavelength for biosensing applications. © 2019 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
