In wireless technology for public health care Hospitals can send details of the patient information or store data and exchange message from one node to another node. We propose a cloud peer to peer architecture. In the architecture we have the patient details which will be monitored and evaluated by VHN (Village Home Nurse). Information is stored in the database and retrieves the patient information. Continuous Monitoring is done for every patient where individual care is taken and we have to do monitoring (single patient detail) evaluation (whole village detail) from that whatever information can easily send to the mobile devices. So patient can access the information easily. © Research India Publications.
