This work manages an enhanced Negative Output Super lift Luo converter (NOSLC) which permits significant increment in the voltage transfer gain. This converter gives high negative output by utilizing the Voltage lift technique. The contribution to the converter is given by Photovoltaic module. The PV cells must be worked at their most extreme power point. In order to extract the most extreme power from the Photovoltaic cell, a Particle swarm optimization (PSO) based Maximum power point Tracking (MPPT) is utilized with Proportional integral and derivative controller. In this strategy, the duty value is produced with the detection of the panel current and voltage and the relating power estimations. This framework were demonstrated in MATLAB. © IAEME Publication.
