In situ synthesis of biphasic calcium phosphate doped with magnesium fluoride using microwave irradiation was carried out. The powders were analyzed using X-ray diffractometer and monochromatic radiation. Stability of the powders was examined by infrared spectra. The use of the compound in osteoporotic applications was discussed.
