Abstract
As the increase of integrated power system in large scale with the interconnection of renewable Energy sources to Grid, holding the attention to expand the efficiency of Grid Tied inverter. Efficiency of the system depends on the power loss in Inverter. Loss analysis of Power Electronic system play vital role in designing the thermal modeling of Inverter. Heat sink sizing, Junction temperature and cooling system are the rudiment need of Thermal modeling in inverter, which all rely on losses. Meanwhile the comparison of Capacitor Ripple current in 2L inverter and 3L NPC inverter are carried out in MATLAB Simulink with divergent in Modulation Index and Phase angle. This paper convey the comparison of Power Loss in 1500V DC Grid tied Inverter with divergent in switching Frequency and output power. Both Inverter-modules analysis are examined and to accomplish the aim inverter is motif in Plecs Software. © 2017 IEEE.
