Abstract
Nowadays, diagnosing a patient through the elaborated Wireless body area network (WBAN) techniques has been increasing dramatically. Doing so will increase the accuracy of patient health monitoring for further development by the physician. Having a wide impact on remote-health applications, WBAN made its path more applicable. The collection of different sensor nodes along with a center node, known hub (Coordinator), forms WBANs. It relies on the feasibility of implanting tiny biosensors around or inside the human body. Hub acting as a bridge collects sensor nodes data and sends it to the sink. However, a higher transmission rate at hub can cause an increase in tissue temperature, which reflects damaging tissue or organ. To decline this, hub selection is done dynamically based on performing characters of sensor nodes like Specific Absorption Rate(SAR), Battery Level, Priority along with SINR(Signal to Interference Noise Ratio).so that the hub’s work can be shared to other sensor nodes reducing the ill effects of electromagnetic signals on the body. This, in turn, will reduce the damage of tissue and maintaining the overall network lifetime. © 2020, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.. All rights reserved.
