Abstract
Now a days Information security has become crucial and it is getting difficult to secure the information using traditional methods. As security is the most important issue for data, the enhancement of cryptographic analysis and cryptography are considered as field of on-going research. The latest development in cryptography field is DNA cryptography. DNA cryptography is a new field in cryptographic research that evolved with the research in DNA computing field. The main goal of this paper is to develop a new algorithm in DNA cryptography. We are proposing a new DNA cryptography algorithm using bit stuffing and bit manipulation to make the information more secure, so that many different possible combinations will be obtained which is difficult for attack by the intruder, hackers etc. For the proposed DNA cryptography we are applying secure transformation of speech. © Research India Publications.
