Abstract
When a non IT guy have conversation with an IT service Desk, leads to more time than usual while knowing and solving the issue, this paper will describe how an Application can be designed and used to reduce the time gap over the conversation with IT service desk, by providing information of the system, information related to security and even this Application can be used to increase the performance of the system. User can perform some operation such as disk cleanup, defragmentation, Startup cleanup, removing Unwanted applications, providing interface to trigger the SCCM Actions and other features such as dell warranty check, password reset and Ticket raising The scope of this project is to reduce a burden of installing many tools to perform certain task and reduces burden on IT Service desk to keep monitoring system and provide one platform to perform the entire task at one place. © 2018, Institute of Advanced Scientific Research, Inc.
