Abstract

Today's scenario smart devices are ruling the world including human beings and the same has to trend in the name of machine intelligence (i.e.,) cognitive computing. The process behind cognitive computing deals two parts (i). Cognitive: Artificial Intelligence algorithm makes devices into more interactive and autonomous (ii) Computing: Connecting the devices with network and visualize the result processed by the devices to the endusers, this process is carried out in the name of IoT. This paper concentrates on computing part and aims to achieve sustainable environment while resourcing the devices with the network. In IT applications, resource utilization was in out of control due to a huge number of participants as well as several computer peripherals involved on it, results unwanted wastage of computing resource, unsatisfactory performance level and e-wastage which creates human hazardous so proper resource provisioning system is required to run any IT applications successfully. Additionally, most of us not aware about IoT-An extended application part of cloud service and the computational resources are the only investment in IoT based applications. Inorder to accompany the connected device we need manageable resource provisioning system, this can be possible only if we have well accomplished cloud service models. In this paper, we identify the service models which directly deal with IoT applications and contribute the possible ways to trim the performance of service models to achieve smart IoT and IoME. © 2018 American Scientific Publishers.
