In this article, an analytical investigation is carried out on two species prey predator model having Holling type II interaction with Allee effect. We analysed the local and global behaviour of the interior equilibrium point.The theoretical aspects such as the investigation of the existence and stability of the equilibriums as well as the oscillatory and sensitivity behaviours of the corresponding diffusive system have been pursued. Also, analysed the effect of white noise and diffusion analysis of the proposed system. Finally, all the analytical results are interpreted ecologically and compared with the numerical results generated by MATLAB. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
