We report the binding of the membrane skeletal protein, spectrin with several hemoglobin variants like normal hemoglobin (HbA), sickle hemoglobin (HbS), and hemoglobin E (HbE) by using non-destructive second harmonic light scattering (SHLS) in solution. © OSA 2016.
