This paper presents the structural behavior and robustness of extra dosed bridge and compares with cable stayed bridge using finite element analysis software-Midas civil. The various influencing parameters of the deck such as displacement, axial force, shear force, bending moment, bending stress and stay cable forces of cable stayed bridge and extra dosed bridge were compared. © 2019 Journal of Applied Science and Engineering.
