Abstract: Novel bis-1,2,3-triazol-1H-4-yl-substitutedaryl benzimidazole-2-thiol derivatives have been synthesized from 5-methoxy and5-difluoromethoxy bis-propargyl substituted benzimidazole-2-thiols using the“click chemistry,” tested for their antimicrobial activity and subjected tomolecular docking studies.
