Ultra dense networks (UDN) are one of the key components of 5G, which can address the coverage and quality of service (QoS) related issues of the user equipments (UE) in dead zones. In this work, a fuzzy based pico evolved node base station (eNB) placement method is proposed to meet the coverage demands, while not disturbing the existing macro eNBs. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme maximizes the coverage, while satisfying budget and interference constraints. © 2019 SERSC.

A fuzzy logic based pico serving node placement for 5G ultra dense networks

Health expenditure is considered as an investment, because its returns result in building a strong human capital, which serves as a crucial lever of economic growth. Public health expenditure in India is affected by population and the GDP(1). The main aim of this paper is to ascertain the relationship of India’s health care expenditure with its population and GDP growth rate between 2009-10 and 2016-17 and also to analyze the annual growth rate of these economic factors using a trend line. To analyze the health care expenditure in comparison with population and GDP, the multiple linear regression models was used. The finding of the study shows that there exists a linear relationship among public health expenditure, population, and GDP. The trend line of the annual growth rates shows that allocations for health care expenditure are decreasing but the population and GDP are increasing. An analysis of India’s public health expenditure and economic growth

In today's era, an exponential rise in technology is changing our lives essay. Tens of millions of devices are getting connected to the internet every day. This extensive growth of the internet and increasing number of interconnected devices has given a rise to many new-age technologies. The internet of things (IoT) provides an innovative means of communication amongst these new-age technologies and the web world. Cloud computing enables a convenient, on demand and scalable network access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources. Integrating cloud computing with internet of things brings the concept of cloud of things. The cloud of things framework is based on a combination of ubiquitous distributed sensing units, outcomes stored in the cloud for awareness. This paper surveys a comparative study on internet of things and cloud of things demonstrating how cloud of things has prevalent benefits over internet of things. A Study on Service Quality of a Health Care Organization

Predicting the binding mode of flexible polypeptides to proteins is an important task that falls outside the domain of applicability of most small molecule and protein−protein docking tools. Here, we test the small molecule flexible ligand docking program Glide on a set of 19 non-$\alpha$-helical peptides and systematically improve pose prediction accuracy by enhancing Glide sampling for flexible polypeptides. In addition, scoring of the poses was improved by post-processing with physics-based implicit solvent MM- GBSA calculations. Using the best RMSD among the top 10 scoring poses as a metric, the success rate (RMSD ≤ 2.0 {\AA} for the interface backbone atoms) increased from 21{\%} with default Glide SP settings to 58{\%} with the enhanced peptide sampling and scoring protocol in the case of redocking to the native protein structure. This approaches the accuracy of the recently developed Rosetta FlexPepDock method (63{\%} success for these 19 peptides) while being over 100 times faster. Cross-docking was performed for a subset of cases where an unbound receptor structure was available and in that case, 40{\%} of peptides were docked successfully. We analyze the results and find that the optimized polypeptide protocol is most accurate for extended peptides of limited size and number of formal charges, defining a domain of applicability for this approach.

In the present study, compressive strength results of geopolymers produced by ordinary Portland cement (OPC) as aluminosilicate source have been modeled by artificial neural networks. Six main factors including NaOH concentration, water glass to NaOH weight ratio, alkali activator to cement weight ratio, oven curing temperature, oven curing time and water curing regime each at 4 levels were considered for designing. A total of 32 experiments were conducted according to the L32 array proposed by the method. The neural network models were constructed by 10 input parameters including NaOH concentration, water glass to NaOH weight ratio, alkali activator to cement weight ratio, oven curing temperature, oven curing time, water curing regime, water glass content, NaOH content, Portland cement content and test trial number. The value for the output layer was the compressive strength. According to the input parameters in feed-forward back-propagation algorithm, the constructed networks were trained, validated and tested. The results indicate that artificial neural networks model is a powerful tool for predicting the compressive strength of the geopolymers in the considered range.

Joyce‘s wizardry of twinning – A 21 st century appraisal on his virtuosic quality

Sentiment analysis is a method of extracting subjective information from customer reviews. The analysis helps to reveal the consumer insights about the product, a theme, or a service. In the existing literature, various methods such as BoW and TF-IDF are employed for sentiment analysis and deep learning methods are not explored much. We made an attempt to apply Word2Vec feature weighting method for this problem. We carried out various experiments for sentiment analysis on a large dataset IMDB that contains movie review. We compared various feature weighting methods and analyzed using different classifiers, and the best combination was determined. From the experimental results, we conclude that Word2Vec with SGD is the best combination for sentiment classification problem on IMDB dataset. The result shown in the paper can be used as a base for future exploration of opinioned value on any textual data. © 2019, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
